We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative- Escalation who will be responsible for providing the provide the highest quality of customer service to internal & external international customers.
This includes, but is not limited to processing orders, answering customer inquiries via phone, e-mails, and live chat, processing RAs, processing change requests, coordinate international shipments with Logistics and Distribution, provide information for International Shipping related documents, maintaining the customer file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately.
What well get you doing:
+ Create production orders for special batch requests, ensuring that customer requests are fulfilled.
+ Process expedited requests and respond to escalated inquiries from Customer Service.
+ Set up and management of Standing Order and Internal Customer Consignment.
The essential requirements of the role include:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
+ 2+ years of experience with ERP systems
+ 2+ years of order processing experience
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database Management
+ Experience processing or fulfilling international orders (commercial invoices, customs, etc.)
+ Effective email and phone communication with customers
The hourly range for this role is $22.00-$25.00 USD.
This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
