Job Opening: Customer Service Representative Job Location: Lafayette, LA - This position is eligible for in-office or work from home rotation
Summary of Duties: Responsible for daily call intake, processing and resolution on customer accounts. Additional supporting tasks are assigned for all private collection efforts to support the overall unit's role in supporting customers to final financial resolutions. Essential Functions:  Mission Critical Role to Handle inbound customer calls 8a-5p CST M-F Process payments over the phone/or obtaining third party insurance information Ensures accuracy of demographic information Resolve customer disputes Ensure proper handling of all third party claims Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
