About the Role: Join us and make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, and long-term health conditions. As a Consumer Support Representative, you'll be empowering individuals to direct their own care and live independently. We're looking for compassionate and results-driven candidates ready to thrive in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. What You'll Do: Respond to inbound and outbound call inquiries. Proactively follow up with consumers through outbound calls. Provide friendly, professional, and timely responses to inquiries. Assist individuals with disabilities and handle support tickets and administrative tasks. Document calls, questions, complaints, and mailed inquiries accurately. Maintain records for audit and internal control purposes. Route mail, manage email, and perform other administrative duties as needed. Learn and understand program rules to ensure effective customer service. Develop strong knowledge of the necessary operating platforms. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret business literature, journals, technical procedures, and regulations. Proven ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional documentation and organizational skills. Schedule : This program runs Mon - Sat, 8a-8p, so varied shifts will be offered. Orientation and the first few weeks of training will be fully remote. Equipment will be provided.
