Responsibilities
• Engage and provide superior service to inbound customers• Assess and troubleshoot equipment issues• Resolve customer questions and concerns• Bring in additional support if needed
Requirements
• Read, write, speak and understand English• High School Diploma or GED• Preferred: 6 months or more customer service experience• Preferred: 1 year or more working with computers and software applications• Preferred: 6 months or more heavy volume phone experience in a call center
