Singnala is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role involves providing support to the customer service team, handling inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to assist customers accurately.Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM software.Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
