Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries via phone and E-Mail and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining the cause of problems, and offering the best solution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Coordinate with other departments (sales, service, and parts) to ensure seamless customer service.
Identify and escalate issues to management as necessary for further investigation and resolution.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A positive, customer-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills:

Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
