Description
The Customer Service Representative is part of an entrepreneurial team that is responsible for completing customer order fulfillment.
The position handles all aspects of interfacing with the customer from sales order receipt to sales order invoicing.
Temp to hire.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties / Responsibilities•Sales order entry, pick ticket generation, and order invoicing.
•Drop ship/direct shipment purchase order and sales order entry and generation.
•Answering incoming phone calls.
•Establishing and maintaining electronic customer and vendor files.
•Administrative/Sales help for outside salespersons and management team
•Credit card sales processing.
Preferred Qualifications / Skills•High school diploma or equivalent and some experience in customer service preferred
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
•Some working knowledge of Freight / Traffic industry is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
