Responsibilities
• Greet members, prospective members, and guests• Answer phones and assist callers• Check members into the system• Sign up new members• Take prospective members on tours• Facilitate updates to member's accounts• Respond to member questions and concerns• Maintain club neatness and cleanliness
Requirements
• Customer service background preferred• Basic computer proficiency• Passion for fitness and health• Upbeat and positive attitude• Punctuality and reliability• Exceptional customer service skills• Strong listener with problem-solving abilities• Demonstrate diplomacy• Must be 18 years or older• Physical demands: standing, walking, occasional lifting, exposure to toxic chemicals
