IQ Ventures is looking for experienced Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will take inbound and make outbound customer calls, listening attentively to identify challenges that our various financial solutions can help resolve.
Your biggest win will be securing new business and offering superior service.

This is an in-office position located in Carrollton, Texas. Shifts will be scheduled within Contact Center hours of the below possible shifts: Monday & Wednesday through Saturday (Wednesday and Sunday off )- 8:00am - 5:45pm Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Pay: $17 - $18 per hour Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Uphold our customer-first culture by providing exceptional client support.
Guide customers in finding the best financial solutions to meet their needs by staying knowledgeable across our various brands and product offerings.
Track and document key customer information with accuracy using proprietary systems.
Handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance, including weekend hours, is required for this position.
Requirements
Key Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
At least six (6) months of customer service experience
Willingness and desire to learn from team members in real-time and instantly put constructive feedback into practice
Ability to serve customers throughout the customer lifecycle with professionalism and discretion
Ability to work with little direct supervision or oversight
Call center experience
Ability to work and train on-site

Salary Description
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
