Job Description:
National Oilwell Varco is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries.2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.3. Providing product information and technical support to customers.4. Processing sales orders and handling customer invoicing.5. Coordinating with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products.6. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information in the company database.7. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.8. Generating reports and analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.9. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.2. Energetic and hardworking personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.7. Experience with strategic planning and research is a plus.
