OBJECTIVES Schedule appointments for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service.Ensure a company-wide commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction.Perform follow-up customer satisfaction calls.Work with dispatch to improve accuracy in scheduling and speed of response.Be willing to actively participate in continuous CSR training. COMPETENCIES Must pass background check and drug testMust be willing to answer on-call phone calls on a rotating scheduleWork well as a team player in a team setting.Goal-oriented, dedication to your work and willingness to learn.Successful work experience in the area of customer service or sales, preferred.Superior organizational and task management skills.Ability to professionally resolve any customer concern or complaint and assure total customer satisfaction. EDUCATION: A high school diploma or equivalent. On-site training and continued education will be provided.2 years or more in customer service experience, preferred. COMPENSATION: This position will earn an annual compensation including the opportunity to make commissions and incentives. SCHEDULE: Working hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Taking on-call phone calls will also occur on a rotating schedule. COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY
