Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate information or solutions in a timely manner. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with clients. Document customer interactions accurately through data entry into the system. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve any issues. Assist multilingual customers by providing support in their preferred language when applicable. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with customer support software is advantageous. Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions quickly.
