Answer questions regarding current coverage with customers to meet their unique needs. Yield inbound customer inquiries via phone calls or emails, providing the right pathways to answer their questions. Enter leads, pull reports, and submit changes on existing policies. Possess previous experience in insurance based customer service with a solid understanding of best practices and a customer-centric mindset. Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and convey information clearly. Exhibit adaptability and resourcefulness to address customer inquiries efficiently and find solutions to their concerns. Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as needed. Approach problem-solving proactively. Commit to delivering outstanding service and building positive customer relationships. Handle administration tasks as needed to best serve the team as a whole. MUST HAVE Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Two years of customer service experience preferred Experience working with an independent agency preferred Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proven ability in judgment and handling angry/irate customers. Ability to expeditiously process quality transactions and provide follow-up as necessary. Ability to work as a team member and achieve team goals in a "client-focused" environment. BENEFITS Group Health Insurance
