Customer Service Representative

Customer Success Analyst (Sales Excellence):
Sales Excellence Staff cover a wide range of different tasks within the Sales team.
With being the main customer contact for orders, shipments and all its connected activities they actively contribute to an outstanding customer experience.
Furthermore, they assist the Sales team in several processes.
They are team players and will contribute additionally to a high quality of service and therefore supporting a long-term customer relationship.
• Manage and process customer demand (orders, schedules, forecasts, changes of delivery dates, etc.)
efficiently
• Ensuring seamless communication (internal / external) and take ownership of customer relationship related to primary job duties
• Represent customer as well as client needs (internal / external)
• Handle consignment stock (invoicing, inventory, etc.
)
• Manage customer portals
• Document and archive customer interactions
• Support in administrative handling of customer complaints
• Support the RFQ process and create quotations based on provided information
• Assist Sales team in various processes and project
• Contribute to an outstanding customer experience through open and interactive communication
Other job duties:
