**Position objective**:Keeps good relationship with clients in order to develop a proper understanding of the business model and requirements of each client. Monitors forecast reliability and coordinate OTIF customer order deliveries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.**Requirement**:- Bachelor degree- 1+ years of experience in similar position in automotive environment- Customer relationship management- Demand forecasting experienced- MS Office knowledge- Effective communication skills- Self-development- Schedule availability- Fluent in English**Main responsibilities**:- Perform, track and update the delivery plan based on customer orders and priorities to optimize transit time and pickup / packing / loading time.- Receive, verify and request timely customer orders and forecasts into the information system and provide feedback to customers.- Offers with customers additional orders, requests for express delivery.- Coordinates customer complaint handling process, including product return coordination (reverse logistics), action plan progress, and customer feedback.- Advises on the preparation schedule, generates pick lists accordingly, monitors and updates the progress of physical preparation, product labels, delivery documents, packing and truck loading.- Validate goods/product delivery in the information system and comminute Advanced Shipment Note to customers (ASN).- Track delivery accuracy full time (OTIF) and take action as necessary.- Meets quality requirements and EHS systems.
