Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is a consistent point of contact for customers to assist them with their banking needs.
Employees in this position excel in relationship building, customer service and contribute to the foundation of the Cornerstone Bank family.
This entry level position provides the opportunity to learn various types of banking products and services for the foundation of a career in banking.
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with the full Cornerstone Bank employee benefit package.
JOB DUTIES:
Research and answer customer questions regarding their accounts with Cornerstone Bank.
Assist customers with reconciling their account statements.
Assist customers with Safe Deposit boxes.
Will assist with forms printing, answering the switchboard and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Equivalent to a high school education.
Working knowledge of personal computers and general office equipment.
Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Must be accurate and detail oriented.
