Job Details:
Pay: $15-16 per hour Employment Type: Full Time Schedule: Monday-Sunday Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Assist customers by providing product and service information Manage a high volume of incoming calls and service inquiries Process transactions accurately Generate sales leads and cultivate new and returning customers Resolve customer complaints promptly by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction Open and maintain customer accounts Recommend potential products or services by analyzing customer preferences Assist with order placement, refunds, and exchanges Capture payment information and essential customer details Job Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support or as a Customer Service Representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively High School Diploma or equivalent Benefits:
