The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience at David's Bridal.

Responsibilities
• Interacting with customers in person, over the phone, and through virtual chats.• Managing customer flow and resolving conflicts.• Promoting alteration services and maintaining store standards.• Processing orders and supporting cash wrap behaviors.• Assisting with sales promotions and visual updates.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent degree.• 1-2 years prior retail experience.• Ability to communicate clearly and adapt style to suit customers.• Ability to address customer concerns and escalate when necessary.• Knowledge of alteration services and personalization options.
