Job summary
The Customer Service Representative at American Leak Detection is responsible for answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, and dispatching/routing our technicians for daily jobs.The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will help serve our residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout the Atlanta area.

• Answering the phones• Explaining our services to potential clients• Scheduling of appointments• Dispatch, routing, and scheduling of jobs for our technicians
Requirements
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Experience using Salesforce is a plus but not required
