Customer Service Representative Oh

We are looking for a Small Engine and Parts Customer Support Representative that can provide considerate and high-quality customer support via phone in topics such as warranty, technical support, and parts orders for small engines. Must be customer friendly, a team player and keep projects moving to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities and Duties
Provide superior customer service • Answer customer questions on repair and service of units • Identify parts via part breakdown or customer description • Ability to learn and address customer issues with small engines and generators • Process Warranty claims and customer orders • Document customer issues and follow up with customers if needed Qualifications and Skills • Customer service experience • Small engine or automotive experience • Electrical Background a plus • Consistent work history • Display extensive product knowledge Education / Training Requirements • High school diploma Compensation • Strong benefits • Competitive pay • Casual atmosphere
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay is based on expierence
