We are searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.
Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.
You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory Self-Motivated Dedicated to customer service Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
Responsibilities: We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day helping our customers.




Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 Per Year

Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system.

I was born and raised in Metro Atlanta.
I graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga.
I opened my State Farm agency in Buford, Ga in 1990.
I have been an active member of the North Gwinnett Kiwanis club in Buford, Ga since 1992.
My husband and I are proud of our family, each having two grown adults and sharing 5 grandchildren.
When I am not working, I enjoy the lake, staying active with yoga, watching sports (mainly Auburn, my husband's Alma Mater!)
and volunteering locally.
