Hello my name is Wade Au, I grew up in South Dakota where I met my wife Kavita.
I graduated from the University of South Dakota and "fooled" her into marrying me as she thought I was going to medical school.
When you stop with a biology degree you end up doing insurance.
Both Kavita and I started with State Farm the same day in 1993 right out of college.
We have 2 sons ages 19 and 21.

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Be a self starter and maintain high level of activity with little supervision.

REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of previous sales experience from a State Farm agency Must be Competitive, Self starter with little supervision Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Organizational skills Detail oriented Must be able to fully understand State Farm's current systems and processes.
