Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Tulsa, OK Compensation: $16.00/hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm Remote (First 2 weeks will be in office training) Requirements: Answer 10 line phone system Must have pleasant voice Excellent communication skills Friendly personality Professional presentation Excellent work ethic Proactive thinking Need to be able to multi task Attendance is very important for this position 1-2 years experience in Call center Must be excellent with grammar and spelling Must be able to type 40 WPM Main Duties & Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and record the call verbatim as it happens Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
