Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous mannerAssist customers with order placement and documenting customer informationAchieve personal and company sales goalsProvide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and servicesResolve customer complaints or issues by investigating problems and finding appropriate solutionsMaintain customer records by updating account information and notes in the systemCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolutionFollow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery Customer Service Representative Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectivelyAbility to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutionsProficient in using computer systems and software applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail Note: Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred, but not required.
