We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Express Scripts Holding in New York City, New York. As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency- Providing information about our products and services to customers- Processing customer orders and returns accurately- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements:- 3 years of customer service experience- Reliable and adaptable personality traits- Strong teamwork and people management skills- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work independently from home- Proficiency with computer systems and excellent typing skills
