Job Description:
Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, D.C. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner- Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively- Providing product information and assisting customers with their orders- Processing returns and exchanges- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with all customers- Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer service across the board- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:- Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic- Excellent negotiation skills to handle difficult customer interactions- Innovative problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer concerns- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service- Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
