Overview of the Customer Service Representative ***** Communicate with customers via phone and email, respond promptly and professionally, keep customers informed on order status, any backorders or issues with POs, and upcoming new products Communicate with production, accounting, and logistics personnel to keep customers informed on their status of their orders and ensure customers are invoiced accurately Maintain documentation of customer requirements and shipping information, as well as any customer returns or credits Ensure customer satisfaction and effective communication from initial ordering to final delivery Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service ***** Minimum three years of customer service experience Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel (sum and sort functions) Excellent data entry, communication, relationship-building, and organization skills Willingness to search and find solutions for customers, comfortable diffusing situations with upset customers Interested in expanding into sales?
