Responsibilities
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions• Sell packing and moving supplies• Inspect storage units daily for inventory and availability• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks• Maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal• Transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds• Walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of time outdoors• Climb stairs and open large doors
Requirements
• Experience in customer service or sales environments• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel between work locations• Ability to perform physical tasks and outdoor work• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash• Strong communication and sales skills
