Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in the construction or industrial/manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires an understanding of the industry-specific needs and challenges, along with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
\n Responsibilities:Customer Support:Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.Order Management:Process customer orders, ensure accuracy, and monitor the order fulfillment process.Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.Communicate order status updates and any potential delays to customers.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the construction or industrial/manufacturing sectors.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Follow up on customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, including metrics on response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.Industry Knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in the construction or industrial/manufacturing sectors.Leverage industry insights to provide informed advice and recommendations to customers.
