Responsibilities of our Full-Time Entry Level Customer Service Specialist: Engage in all team meetings, round tables, and training sessions while being supportive of management needsBe the connection between the community and our Sales and Customer Service teamMust feel comfortable in a face-to-face and high-volume customer environment. This position does not include cold calling or digital sales Responsible for using their best sales skills to open and close accountsMake a lasting impact on customers and make sure they leave the interaction with a positive experienceExplain the advantages and functions of products, the method of preparation, and how to use them to achieve the best results Entry Level Customer Service Specialist Skills & Experience Needed to Succeed: Solution-orientedAdaptable and Flexible to changeAbility to take control and be calm in the chaosSelf-starter and can motivate otherCompetitive mindsetLeadership experience with a team or in a similar setting Full-Time Entry Level Customer Service Specialist Qualifications and Education Needed: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales settingBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or MarketingSuperior communication skills, both written and verbalOutgoing personality, approachable persona, and a great reputationAbility to work independently or in a team setting successfully#LI-Onsite
