Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels, and maintaining phone etiquette. The role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Excellent Phone Etiquette
Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in relevant software applications and CRM tools
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience working in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
