Core Qualifications and Experience: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person; provide accurate information regarding our services and address client concerns; resolve client issues efficiently and professionally; maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions; assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars; support the accounting team with administrative tasks as needed; proactively identify opportunities to enhance client experience; facilitate communication between clients and accounting staff; and negotiate and manage client expectations effectively.
