Responsibilities
•Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
•Provide accurate product information, assist with order placement, and resolve any issues that arise.
•Maintain an in-depth understanding of all our products and their uses
•Collaborate with team members to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
•Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our processes and products.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience with our company.
•Assist with administrative tasks related to order processing and customer records as needed.
•Handle cash transactions accurately and securely when required.
•Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and clarify order needs.
•Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering excellent client services.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
•A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
•Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
•Proficiency in using computerized systems for managing customer information with CRM Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
•Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
