Purpose: The Customer Service Online Invoicing Specialist uses set company guidelines and procedures to enter customer invoices online and resolve invoice entry issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Essential Duties:
Maintain strong customer and internal relationships by:
Having a positive and helpful attitude
Having strong follow up and quick response time
Being able to clearly communicate Company policy and procedure
Enter customer invoices into a variety of online platforms
Identify issues delaying online entry and work toward resolution
Update notes in CCMS when invoices have been entered online and with any issue that is preventing invoices to be entered
Responsible for reviewing the monthly problem account summary & provide written explanation for top 5-10 to manager
Onboard customers into new or existing platforms to include updating CCMS & BillTrust
Maintain or create complete written procedures with screenshots for new platforms
Timely answer inquiries from branches, customers and credit/collections regarding invoices to be entered online
Maintain Online Invoicing Master List and individual invoice file
Invoice printing/mailing/sorting

Work Experience
1-3+ years work experience required
Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations
High school diploma or its equivalent

Proficient in CCMS, Outlook and Excel
Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works indoors and may be required to sit for long periods. Individual will be required to regularly talk, hear, see, and often reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
