• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on available services• Retrieve data from records and perform various clerical tasks• Establish and close customer accounts• Process transactions and collect fees• Prepare and schedule service orders
Requirements
• High School Degree or Equivalent• 2 years experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Dispatch, or similar• Bilingual with English and Spanish preferred• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices• Familiarity with billing and accounting software• Basic computer skills• Strong communication skills
