**Job Description:**
As a Customer Service Specialist at PG&E Corp., you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support and assistance to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions with a focus on customer engagement. This position is well-suited for candidates who demonstrate strong adaptability and a hardworking attitude.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer problems and provide effective solutions while adhering to company policies.
- **Data Management:** Accurately record customer interactions and maintain comprehensive customer files in our CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about PG&E's products, services, promotions, and policies to effectively answer customer questions and provide relevant information.
- **Persuasion & Presentation:** Use persuasive communication techniques to promote services and drive customer engagement. Prepare and deliver presentations or informational materials as needed.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather customer feedback and relay insights to relevant departments to improve products and services.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to share knowledge, mentor peers, and participate in training initiatives.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

**Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field.

**Skills & Competencies:**
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- **Social Skills:** Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and patience while interacting with customers.
