Job summary
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can step up and take on leadership roles.The representative will be responsible for building brand awareness and driving in-person conversations to increase sales.This is a result-oriented position that requires quality customer service and personalized experiences.

Responsibilities
• Recognize customer needs and manage existing accounts.• Increase sales performance and document results to develop new business.• Recommend service enhancements to customers based on their individual needs.• Establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.• Participate in sales meetings and provide new ideas for improved sales margins.• Thoroughly manage provided territory and maximize sales in that area.• Continue sales and leadership development through meetings, webinars, and joint calls.
Requirements
• Relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.• Strong leadership skills and problem-solving ability.• Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.• Organizational and detail-oriented abilities.• Competitive nature and a drive to outperform others.• Previous leadership roles are encouraged.
