Hammond Services has been serving the Griffin and surrounding area for over 40 years.
We are opening a new location in Austell and we are looking for a top notch CSRs to join our team.
NOTE: The Austell location is a new office with an expected opening date of October 1st.
Selected candidates will interview AND initially train at our home office in Griffin.
Hired candidates should be able to commute to Griffin for training and work until the Austell location is open.
As the first contact for our company, you will be setting the example for the quality and professionalism of our company.
This is a demanding position where you may be dealing with up to 100 calls per day.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position where they have been responsible for greeting visitors and working with a multi-line phone system.
Prior experience making outbound sales calls is a plus!
Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 9a-6p ad possible Saturday rotation
Pay Range: $20/hr to start with the opportunity to earn commission for meeting individual and team goals.

Qualifications: (Resume must show recent experience where typing and handling customers while on the phone.

* Ability to type minimum of 40 wpm.
- A test will be given prehire to validate typing speed.
* Resume must show recent experience which includes typing in a fast paced setting.
* Must pass drug and background screens
* Prior CSR experience in a busy call center environment - desired
* Current experience using Word and Outlook
* Professional phone etiquette
* Strong attention to detail
* We ask candidates not to call the office for an update on their application.
