Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. What you'll be doing:As a Customer Specialist, you will be the "voice" of Royal as you resolve and coordinate the needs of our valued customers and patients. You will be responsible for the highest level of service to our customers and patients. Answering multiple phone lines, delegating timely and important information to all appropriate partiesAs part of our Core Values, our Customer Specialists are expected to be Empathetic to our patients, Adaptable to the challenges of healthcare, and Engaging with all departments and stakeholders involved. You will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the inner-workings of the healthcare industry, and have a direct impact on the patient continuum of care.
