Beyond the plant we supply companies with the software they need to design their systems and to keep them running.

You will work as part of a strong sales and support team.
You will be key to our overall success as a customer relationship builder and customer expectations manager.
This is not a sales role.
Customer success management begins once the customer has committed to our solution.
You will: Manage all post-sales activity for only our largest and most important customers through strong relationship-building.
Help customers understand their integration needs and how to get the most out of our software in conjunction with their existing systems.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers to ensure their goals are reasonable, achievable and help them define how they will measure success.
Handle escalation of issues and work across teams to resolve problems.
Work closely with the rest of the sales team and the customer to develop a roadmap for future projects with the goal of delivering increased return on the customer's investment and customer retention.
Consistently check that your customers are meeting their success and adoption goals.
Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer' and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them.
Maintain a solid understanding of our product offering and be able to speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific requirements.
Learn our approach to customer engagement and suggest enhancements.
Work with the software publisher to: Improve the tracking and success of all customers.
Supply our customer's feedback to the development team on potential software enhancements.
Experience and Skills What Qualifications are Required? Minimum of two years related experience Excellent project management and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work with high value customers.
Flexibility and willingness to work with changing priorities.
Be able to prioritize tasks and initiatives.
Willing to develop fresh ideas Eager to take the initiative to get things done.
Attention to detail is a must!
Bachelor's degree preferred or similar working experience.
Remember, this is a customer relationship building and management role.
Sales experience is not needed or necessary.
Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary (sitting) position for extended periods of time.
Must be able to type and perform other computer-related work for extended periods of time.
Job Benefits Compensation Salary: 65-80k base with a bonus structure between 10k-20k.
Total compensation of 75k-100k.
