Job Description:Seaboard, a leading tech company in Austin, Texas, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant to join our team. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience and is looking to kickstart their career in customer success. The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, and possess excellent teamwork and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:1. Assist the Customer Success team in managing and maintaining relationships with clients.2. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.3. Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition.4. Provide support in organizing customer events and other engagement activities.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service.7. Strong teamwork and decision-making skills.
