Customer Success Assistant

The Customer Success Assistant at NextEra Energy in Chicago, Illinois, is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and goals- Provide guidance on product features and usage- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience- Assist with customer onboarding and training programs- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer needs

Requirements:- Driven and dedicated to providing excellent customer service- Strong planning and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Experience in the energy industry is a plus
