Ro is looking for a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be confident and resourceful, with strong persuasion and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address any questions or concerns- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to the team- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet customer needs- Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our products effectively

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role- Confident and resourceful personality traits- Strong persuasion and analysis skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
