USAA is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to USAA members through various channels including phone, email, and chat- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions- Educate customers on USAA products and services to help them maximize their benefits- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required- Must be eligible to work in the US- Resilient and energetic personality traits- Soft skills in persuasion and creativity- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
