#### Job Description:

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email. Address inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, refunds, and platform usage with professionalism and empathy.
- **Problem Solving:** Quickly assess customer issues, provide creative solutions, and implement resolutions efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Account Management:** Monitor customer accounts to ensure they are properly serviced and actively manage customer expectations throughout the booking process.
- **Feedback Collection:** Encourage customers to provide feedback on their experiences, and relay insights to the customer success and product teams for continuous improvement.
- **Training & Support:** Assist in updating FAQs and training materials to ensure customers are equipped with the best resources to navigate the platform.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- **Performance Tracking:** Utilize internal tools and software to document customer interactions and gather data to improve customer engagement strategies.
- **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated on Priceline products, services, and industry developments to better assist customers and enhance their experience.
#### Requirements:
**Qualifications:**
- A high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service is a plus but not necessary.
- Familiarity with online travel platforms and booking systems is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
