As Customer Success and Installation Engineer you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a dynamic team of sales and engineering professionals.
In this role you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients' success with our novel microscopy and spectroscopy instruments. You will collaborate closely with our customers to guarantee seamless product installations and provide ongoing support to meet their unique needs. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our product & development teams to provide customer feedback and shape the future of our products and services.Lead Nanoscale Analytics product installations, configurations, and system integrations for our valued customers Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and trusted advisor Troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely resolutions, and offer comprehensive training to users Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams to relay customer feedback and drive product enhancements Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base to empower customers and internal teams. Minimum a master's degree in experimental condensed matter physics, engineering, or a related fieldWork Experience:
Professional work experience in technical support, customer success, or field engineering roles Knowledge & Skills:
