We are excited to hire our next Customer Success Manager (Deployment) here at Neara. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of industry-changing projects, contributing to the development of our cutting-edge digital network model deployed to our valued customers. Your collaboration with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams will ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for our clients.
Our training program is dynamic and fast-paced, designed to swiftly immerse you in our software and related processes. As a candidate, you'll engage in substantial learning to master the industry, our products, and their value proposition. We're looking for someone who can think critically and solve complex problems.
While utility/GIS experience is valuable, we're more interested in your ability to analyze situations, identify key issues, and implement effective solutions. Strong Python skills will be particularly valuable in this role.
Some of the things you will contribute to:Meeting with customers at the completion of the sales cycle to kick-off the project buildDefining the implementation stages and deliverablesExecuting project set-up and data ingestBuilding the model and respective deliverables required to complete the projectPerforming configuration or customization required by the project scopeTesting and providing final QA/QC of project deliverables before a client is ready to go liveEnsuring all aspects of Neara's system are deployed to client's satisfaction and specificationsProvide in-depth training to new and existing customers on the set-up and use of the model and model outputsProactively communicating with internal teams, correcting and/or advising on operational issues within Neara's systemsReporting on project status to the customer stakeholders, and internal regional and international leadershipMaintaining open and professional communications with all Neara's colleagues, partners, clients and vendors to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and business efficiency.Some attributes we highly regard:Strong skills in Python.Self-motivated, solutions-driven, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skillsKnowledge of and experience in managing complex software implementation projectsStrong skills in GIS, including familiarity with LIDAR data interpretation beneficial.Transmission Design Software Experience and/or programming experience highly regardedAbility to perform basic coding tasks to support model developmentExperience with internal system learning and quality assurance processesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality assuranceProficiency with cloud-based applications and building network modelsExperience troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issuesSome of the benefits we have on offer:Rare opportunity to work on cutting edge platform-led products and shape their evolution.Competitive compensation package (including ESOP)Flexible hours and working arrangementsSignificant opportunity for career development and accelerationExcellent PTO, Healthcare and 401K programTo apply, please use the online application link below.
