We are excited to hire our next Customer Success Manager (Deployment) here at Neara. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of industry-changing projects, contributing to the development of our cutting-edge digital network model deployed to our valued customers. Your collaboration with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams will ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for our clients.
Our training program is dynamic and fast-paced, designed to swiftly immerse you in our software and related processes. As a candidate, you'll engage in substantial learning to master the industry, our products, and their value proposition. We're looking for someone who can think critically and solve complex problems.
While utility/GIS experience is valuable, we're more interested in your ability to analyze situations, identify key issues, and implement effective solutions. Strong Python skills will be particularly valuable in this role.
