About the role
As one of the founding members of our Customer Success Team at Dagster Labs, you'll help us grow and deepen relationships with current customers and find opportunities for expansion.
This is an important role for our growing team and will provide you with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities Onboarding new customers and ensuring a positive initial experience with the product Providing ongoing support to customers through various channels to ensure their success with the product Analyzing customer data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address issues before they become problems Collaborating with sales and product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and to communicate customer feedback for product improvement.
Must-have Qualifications 3-5 years experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the SaaS industry Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to identify trends and drive decision-making Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-have Qualifications Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support Experience building and improving on existing processes Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers and key stakeholders Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success Familiarity with dev tools, development processes, and/or software development workflows is a plus.
