About the Role
The hiring company company is seeking a Customer Success Manager to assist with onboarding, implementing, and managing new Enterprise customers. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure the success of client relationships from implementation and beyond. This role will require working with teams from various departments including Sales, Data, Marketing, IT, Operations, and Product to serve client partners effectively.
This is a remote position and candidates must be able to work during one of the following time zones: EST, MST, or CST. Some travel to client sites may be required.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 6-8+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience project managing and owning post-sales implementation
Experience in startup to Fortune 50 company employee size
Experience in field sales or account management working towards up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and owning the renewals process
Strong aptitude for using various programs and tools, including, but not limited to: Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, etc.

Salary Range
Compensation ranges from $147,600 to $177,000 in California, New York State, and Washington State.
$135,840 - $162,300 in Colorado. Compensation may vary based on the candidate's skills and experience and other business considerations.
