What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Protect Annual Recurring Revenue for the team
Manage assigned accounts effectively to prevent churn
Assist, support, and attain New Revenue through upsell opportunities
Maintain and lead sales pipeline for assigned existing clients
Respond to client escalations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in any field, with emphasis on Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related areas
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar capacity within an ERP system implementation environment or SaaS space
Professional certification in SAP Customer Engagement Executive (CEE) is an asset
Proven record of successfully managing large accounts and maintaining Annual Recurring Revenue
Excellent client engagement skills
